We pride ourselves on delivering services that are interactive and self-reflective, tailored and accessible, trauma informed and safe.

The emotional well being of children and young people is paramount to ensure that they’re able to thrive as they transition to adulthood. Therefore, we provide a number of bespoke workshops delivered both in schools, youth centres and community settings to provide children the opportunity for self-exploration in a safe space. As specialists, we are also able to offer support to establishments regarding how they can uphold continuity of support for pupils and young people. Some of the work shops we have delivered include:
- Consent and healthy relationships
- Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE’s)

It is imperative that we offer a range of options to meet the needs of young people as not all young people will respond well to group intervention and therefore we offer one-to one holistic support for children and young people utilising therapeutic principles. Although the interventions we deliver would be informed by a needs assessment process, here are some of the areas that we are able to offer support.
- Well-being interventions
- Emotional resilience and intelligence
- Identity and self-perception
- Transitioning to adulthood
- Applying themselves as a young adult
- Applying therapeutic principles to address barriers to moving forward.
- Providing practical support.
- Raising awareness on ACES (adverse childhood experiences)

I have an amazing team of apprentices, and they were fortunate to participate in the “Me First” workshops. I use the word fortunate, as this workshop has been life changing for our apprentices. Pariss was able to give them a new perspective of their personal journeys, by empowering them to truly put themselves first, something I know many of them find difficult to do so. These sessions combined of professional care and expertise would not work without Pariss- her warm and down to earth approach allowed our apprentices to relax and engage to a level I am not sure that they even knew they would! Pariss knows just how make them all feel heard, even in group setting. The energy and positivity from the room after the sessions, showed just how much the sessions meant to them all. Thank you Pariss!

The ‘Me First’ workshop is an inspirational and empowering workshop for young people putting themselves at the centre, encouraging self-discovery and supporting personal development and growth. The feedback from our young people was incredibly positive and they were left wanting more session and feeling more positive about themselves.
