There is something so special about the vision of Journal to Dreams and what it stands for. I love the sense of unity, hope and purpose that is spoken about in each session and how it helps each individual reflect and recognise their past and purpose within a safe space. It has helped me to feel less alone in my own journey to becoming a better woman!

After following Pariss (Journal To Dreams) on Instagram for the last few years, I have watched her page and community grow so much. A few months ago my teenage son told me that he needed someone to talk to about how he has been feeling. I see how involved Pariss is with women and children and how dedicated she is in making a difference. My heart just felt called to have a discussion with her about my son and some of the things he has been going through. She has created a safe space for my son to talk about his feelings. Since working with Pariss, I have noticed such a huge difference in my son’s mood, he’s been speaking about his feelings more and most importantly talking about his future. My son looks forward to his sessions every week and even told me one week when he had to cancel due to his busy schedule, that he missed speaking with her. Also we live in the U.S so we are a 5 hour time difference and Pariss has offered to stay up very late or even wake up in the middle of the night to make sure my son can have his session every week. I cannot thank Pariss enough for creating this safe space and taking the time to build and gain our trust.

I had a session with Journal to Dreams. It was amazing! I have so many great ideas but often stuggle on how to get started. She was able to give me bite size steps on how to get started which were manageable. Thank you so much! What a productive hour!

I really enjoyed my session with Pariss she helped me to understand some unresolved comping mechanics I have and to understand where they may have came from I found this very useful she was also very understanding and knowledgeable about many aspects I would highly recommend

Wow!!! Thank you for the materials. What an achievement, you have made history. The children will benefit from this for years to come. Thank you very very much Pariss.

I have an amazing team of apprentices, and they were fortunate to participate in the “Me First” workshops. I use the word fortunate, as this workshop has been life changing for our apprentices. Pariss was able to give them a new perspective of their personal journeys, by empowering them to truly put themselves first, something I know many of them find difficult to do so. These sessions combined of professional care and expertise would not work without Pariss- her warm and down to earth approach allowed our apprentices to relax and engage to a level I am not sure that they even knew they would! Pariss knows just how make them all feel heard, even in group setting. The energy and positivity from the room after the sessions, showed just how much the sessions meant to them all. Thank you Pariss!

The ‘Me First’ workshop is an inspirational and empowering workshop for young people putting themselves at the centre, encouraging self-discovery and supporting personal development and growth. Pariss is an amazing individual, she is really well liked and engages really well. The feedback from our young people was incredibly positive and they were left wanting more session and feeling more positive about themselves.

I first met Pariss when she was a guest speaker at a networking event for women in business. We’ve had many amazing and inspiring speakers, but Pariss was on another level. The whole group was completely engaged with her warm, relatable and inspiring talk. She made time to chat with people individually before and after the talk so we could all soak up more of her energy. I heard someone say ‘I need Pariss in my life’ – and I think this completely sums up the impact Pariss had on us. We all need someone to lift us, inspire us and help us realise that ‘we can’ – we all need Pariss in our lives.

I absolutely love working with Journal to Dreams! Pariss understands how to engage with any audience and caters to the needs of any one in the room. I was so impressed with the service that I had to book again! Honestly one of the best companies I have worked with.

What can I say, Pariss is one of the most genuine, caring, thoughtful and passionate person that I’ve ever come across in business. Her words are uplifting and her drive for better is just inspiring. Working with Pariss is a gift that keeps on giving and I’m so excited to work with her on future projects.

Pariss is an exceptional practitioner straight from the ‘top table’ She exudes composure and her professionalism and attention to detail as well as a calming aura is such a unique quality. Make no mistake, Pariss has sharpened her skills in the pubic sector through both Probation and Youth Justice work with great success. Since embarking on her business venture entitled Journal to dreams Pariss has certainly made an impact. Her dedication and specialism sets her apart and it’s a pleasure working with her. I wish her every success for the future.

Pariss has literally changed my life (sounds cliche, but so true), she has taught me the power of refocusing my energy in a positive way. Her coaching made me reflect on what’s important and not to ‘catastrophise’ things. (how I did not realise I did this). I cant thank Pariss enough.

Before I had my first session I was hoping for someone to help me emotionally through a difficult time, not to just console me but to motivate, inspire and to provide direction in my life. Pariss did exactly that and more whilst displaying a genuine interest in my wellbeing and explained concepts with so much effort and compassion. Pariss has really helped me work out what is important in my life, short, long term goals and how to achieve them. Thanks to Pariss I now realise I can rely on myself for support, strength and self love. Her presence gives me great inspiration and security.

I recently attended one of Pariss’ Mindset Workshops from Journal To Dreams. It was just so inspiring, the way that Pariss took us through the journey to figuring out and thinking about how we can step into our full self and be fully abundant in our lives was just so magical. Pariss was so vulnerable in the session, so open and so inspiring. I’m so looking forward to working with her again in the future. I’m really thrilled to have met her and have her inspiring me and other business women in our network.
